  • Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates

    One of the world’s leading architectural firms, KPF is known for their aspirational and sustainable buildings. Their design for Heron was inspired by the natural structure, purity and life of Florida’s coral reefs. The two towers, connected by a retail podium, gently angle towards the water in order to optimize both the light and unobstructed views enjoyed within. Simple elements – concrete and glass for the towers; stone and metal for the base – emphasize the pure, sculptural nature of the structure, and highlight the building’s organic form.
